Opportunity
In the market we are in and where we operate, we often do not see the amount of scaling that our business is looking achieve. Achar as a product is often a home-based product where everyone can make their own, especially where we operate in Limpopo as the population usually has easy access to Mangoes, which is a key ingredient to making Achar. But with the innovations that have arose, such as adding various kinds of flavors to Achar, such as garlic and other types of flavors, many households have now come to prefer to buy from those who innovate. That being the case we saw an opportunity to upscale our business to the point where we can be a powerhouse in innovation and supply of Achar. We seek to take advantage of this opportunity by building up our business to reach so many people that our brand may become a household name. In turn in the wholesale structure, there does not seem to be a particular powerhouse in the production and supply of Achar, with many retailers relying on various suppliers at time due to unreliability of the small suppliers who are unable to upscale their businesses in order to meet all orders at every point in time. In this case we have an opportunity to serve all these markets through the way we are structuring our business.

Product overview
Achar
We produce and sell Achar at a wholesale level to various vendors in our communities and medium to large retailers in the local towns within which we operate. We sell Achar that is readymade and Achar that is still in progress. The latter is sold to allow the buyer to innovate however way they prefer to. We not only sell Wholesale, we also have small operations where sell retail. Our retail sales are a lot more immaterial.
